Reve Pharma Canada is a Drug Preparation Premises in Mississauga/Oakville, ON. We provide hospitals, clinics, and physicians offices with sterile compounded preparations. Our facility employs a variety of experts including trained pharmacists, technicians, chemists, and microbiologists.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Rep. to join our team. Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, this role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all customers (hospitals, clinics, etc) and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all orders are executed in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Fulfill and confirm customer purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Answering phone calls and emails from customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Track shipments as needed
• Plan production schedule to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, inventory and shipments
• Assist in other areas as needed and perform other duties as assigned
• Lift loads of up to 30 lb

- Shift hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts between 9am to 8pm.
Nice to have:
-bilingualism English/French
-proficient in Excel
-exposure to healthcare industry/pharmacy
The ideal candidate is someone with minimum post secondary education and 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment or exposure in a high volume retail pharmacy/healthcare industry.
