Job Description
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will generate new business by reaching out to prospects and working alongside the marketing and sales teams. You will be responsible for researching, prospecting, and sequencing potential clients and booking calls for our Account Executives.
This is an opportunity to fast-track your career within technology sales and to be a key driver for the growth of our organization. High performers within the BDR role have an opportunity to fast-track their career in sales and business development. Within one year as a BDR, you will have the opportunity to transition to an Account Executive role.
RockMass is a global company that offers flexible work hours as many clients are in various time zones. Willingness to occasionally work outside of conventional working hours is a requirement.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager and work alongside the sales, marketing, and technical services teams.
