The Manager, Compensation role manages the set of operational processes driving the organization’s equity compensation programs, provides analysis for and updates to the material to communicate compensation programs to the Human Resources Committee of the Board, contributes to the executive compensation section of the annual information circular, and provides subject matter expertise to Finance, Legal, and Compensation team members. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Compensation.
