The focus is on:
1. Enhancing personal and professional development for staff, physicians and volunteers by supporting the OD team in the delivery of:
Crucial Learning courses (Mastering Dialogue, Accountability, Influencer, Get Things Done, Power of Habit)
Management Foundation Certification and Change Management Practitioner Professional Designation
An Emerging Leaders program
2. Assisting the OD team in leading effective change through staff, volunteer, physician education. Specifically, the coordinator will:
Administer the RVH Learning Academy
Provide support for the Leadership Excellence Institutes (LEI), a bi-annual leadership event
Administering the Learning Management System (LMS)
3. Enhancing staff engagement by providing support to the OD team in areas of:
New leader onboarding and coaching
Activities to support a healthy culture and team building
4. Organization and reporting
Preparing the training and development team to deliver effective courses
Assist in the research and deployment of strategic objectives
Continue with the scheduling, organizing and reporting of activities
As the Organizational Development Coordinator you will work closely with the Strategy/Organizational Development and Learning team, Volunteer Resources and Human Resources to create learning opportunities for staff, volunteers and physicians.
