Summary
The Dispatch Coordinator I position will be responsible for managing the flow of Trailers in and out of the facility and assisting to maintain the integrity
and accuracy of the Trailer Yard

Essential Functions
Responsible for trailer placements into facility doors or in the trailer yard
Work with Shunt driver to complete yard checks
Run daily schedule reports
Provide trailer moves for the Shunter within the yard
Update various spreadsheets and Access Data Bases
Reconcile the Yard based on a physical yard check
PGI Outbound orders as they ship
Call in/email carriers for pick up
Provide PODs and POPs as requested
Filing Inbound/Outboundpaperwork
Temperature screening of all who enter facility via Door 26.Update log book accordingly.
Additional Responsibilities
Performs other duties as assigned.

Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
Qualifications
H.S. diploma/GED required and 1-3 years experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field
Three (3) years or more experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse or related field required
Three (3) years or more experience in the trucking Industry preferred
