They offer a comprehensive range of products that range from single standalone gas detectors to complex, multichannel custom gas detection systems. Their products are used by commercial, industrial, municipal, and education sectors in more than 20 countries globally.
About the role: Regional Sales Manager
Responsible for maximizing revenue and strong YOY growth within an established book of customers across Canada and the US
Work closely with and build meaningful relationships with relevant manufacturer reps, sales engineers, HVAC distributors, and control automation companies to ensure a solid understanding and confidence in CET’s products and services
Regularly meet with customers in person and virtually to conduct training sessions on product application
Lead dealer recruitment & onboarding for new and high-potential dealers
15%-20% overnight travel required
Strong base salary + uncapped commission
OTE year 1: $120K-$130K+
Vehicle allowance + gas covered
Cell phone allowance + Company laptop provided
3 weeks vacation
Must have previous sales experience in either HVAC, controls/building automation or gas detection industry
Strong technical understanding and ability to run training sessions with a technical audience
