We’re looking for a Knowledge Management Intern(s) to add to our team!!
This role reports directly to Neha Malde, Knowledge Management Lead.
All of our employees are currently working remotely from home. In the future, this role will be fully remote based anywhere in Canada OR hybrid based and will require a mix of working from our Montreal, QC/Toronto, ON and remote work.
Intern period: April 2022 – August 2022
About the team
Join a small team that supports a global Product and Engineering organization. We contribute to the organization and management of internal and external content and practices. As part of a small team you will have the opportunity to make an impact and contribute to what we do.
What you will do
As a Knowledge Management Intern you will support Knowledge Management Team in the execution of key activities including but not limited to:
Platform development using Confluence, Google and other CMS Tools
Development of communication and training materials
User support and training
Content audit and analysis
What you will need
Currently completing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, information management, knowledge management, or engineering.
Fast learner, curious, comes up with ideas and solutions, works independently.
Enjoys meeting and working with a diverse group of people
Detail oriented, analytical, great problem solving, conceptual thinking and communication skills
Nice to Haves (assets):
Working knowledge of Confluence and Atlassian tools (nice to have).
Knowledge of software development (nice to have).
