Sandhar Trucking Ltd is currently accepting applications for Container Drayage Dispatcher.

• Dispatcher Position Highlights: *
• Start and end the shift at our Richmond BC office.

• Shift: Monday- Friday, and occasion weekend dispatch.

Our Requirements:

· Previous dispatching experience is required along with knowledge of the Ports, either as a driver or dispatcher.

· 3 years of experience in the Container drayage industry.

– Strong communication and customer service skills with English fluency.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities Include:

· Schedule, Plan and Dispatch Trucks/Drivers.

· Book, change & cancel pickup/delivery appointments.

· Communicate with customers, shippers, and receivers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.

· Handle customer inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

· Continually track shipments to ensure all appointments are met within designated timelines.
