Compensation & Hours

Position Summary
- Prioritize and enforce a culture of safety on the construction site, ensuring that all team members and subcontractors adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- Manage day-to-day construction operations, including scheduling, quality control, and cost management, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Supervise and motivate on-site staff, subcontractors, and laborers, providing clear direction and support
- Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process, conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues promptly
- Act as the main point of contact between the project team, clients, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress
- Identify and resolve any challenges or obstacles that may arise during construction, making decisions that align with project goals and safety guidelines
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of all on-site activities, including safety reports, daily logs, and project documentation
- Monitor all change orders, site instructions, RFI’s, and facilities the revised scope of work in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Site Superintendent in the commercial construction
- Strong commitment to safety and a track record of maintaining a safe working environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Bonus Points For
- Post secondary education in management or related trade

- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
