Sales & Accessory Specialist
Serpa Motorsports (Authorized Powersports Dealer for Yamaha and Suzuki) is looking for a highly motivated Sales & Accessory Specialist to join our busy team!
This permanent, full-time position is ideal for the Motorsports enthusiast who is passionate about creating an exciting customer experience.
Job Duties:
Assist The Sales and Service Department with various duties as required.
Organize and replenish products in our accessory and lifestyle store
Manage all Retail Accessories and lifestyle inventory.
Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections and accessories.
Deliver enthusiastic service that creates an exciting customer experience.
Generate revenue by promoting accessory sales to new and existing clients.
Initiate communication to the existing client database to ensure all of their accessory needs are addressed.
Ensure Accessories are on the product(s) prior to delivery or pick up of clients’ new product.
Keep clients updated with shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional relative information.
