Position: Bookkeeper
Location: West Island, Montreal
Salary: $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Our client in the real estate industry is currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their great team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong passion for numbers and a desire to contribute to a thriving organization.
Ideal candidate profile:
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping role
– Knowledge of Sage Accounting Software (Ideal)
– Bilingualism to communicate with clients outside of Quebec
– Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Strong organizational skills
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Main responsibilities:
– Manage full accounting cycle
– Process deposits and EFTs
– Prepare monthly/annual reconciliation of various GL accounts
– Prepare annual rental schedules
– Prepare aging receivable reports
– Execute other duties as required
