Our client is a distribution company looking to hire a Payroll and Benefits Specialist for their office in Anjou.
Job Requirements:
– DEC, DEP or AEC in accounting
– Excellent bilingualism (French/English), spoken and written – strong French reporting skills
– 4 years of experience in payroll
– Experience with ADP
– Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Job Description:
– Process Canadian payroll for 200 employees
– Benefits administration
– Ensure payroll calculation accuracy
– Act as the contact person for employees and Managers
– Update employee files
– Ensure procedures comply with legislation
– Prepare governmental reports
– Calculate and update employee vacation files
– Payroll reconciliations
