Their head office is based in Saint-Laurent, Montreal.As a Support Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their teams have seamless technical support, enabling them to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Here’s what you’ll do:- Provide first-level technical support to end users through various channels
– Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
– Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to resolve complex problems
– Document support requests and resolutions meticulously
– Perform system maintenance for security and optimal performance
– Facilitate user training sessions to enhance technical proficiency
– Stay up-to-date with technology trends and best practices

To excel in this role, you’ll need:
– 4+ years of experience providing technical support for: Store POS, Store intranet, Order management system, Warehouse management system, Online payment processing system, Loyalty platform
– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
– Strong problem-solving skills and effective issue resolution abilities
– Experience with IT service management tools and ticketing systems
– Outstanding communication and customer service skills
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
– Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
