What will you do?
Leveraging digital tools and assets to service the Digital Connectivity portfolio customers effectively and efficiently.
Working in parallel and collaboratively with our Territory Managers to unlock sales potential.
Handle Inbound calls from customers and colleagues looking for support on Siemens Digital Connectivity portfolio products, services, or solutions
Generation and follow up of quotes and proposals for our customers in alignment with Territory Managers
First contact for technical-commercial pre-sales questions for customers
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Develop understanding of customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities
Researching and qualifying leads
Identifying suspects/prospects (building Outbound connection)
Executing Lead qualification (outbound connection)
Maintaining leads and opportunities through our CRM tool
Keeping abreast of product and service information and updates
Assist with development of in-person and digital marketing activities (working with professional Marketing team)
Work closely with or sales professionals and partners to ensure that our customer experience is the best possible
What will you need to succeed?
New graduate from a college or university program in a related discipline.
Industrial Automation background (Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Networking) is an asset.
Graduated from post-secondary within the last 12 months.
Above average study performance (Accumulative average > 2.5 (B-)). Transcripts to be provided upon request.
Demonstrated leadership or initiative at school, work and/or community (extra curricular activities)
Interest in industrial digitalisation
Thrives in customer engagement and proactively pursues new clients
Growth mindset, with a passion for learning
Collaborative with an ability to cultivate relationships and networks
Agile, technically savvy, with a knack at creating solutions
Creative thinker with a unique ability for resourcefulness
Bilingualism (French, English) is an asset.
