About The Job

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will help us establish and oversee the strategy and execution for our growth-focused paid advertising channels – paid search, retargeting, paid social, and review sites. This position will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are driving core business growth objectives.

What You Will Do

• Develop, build, monitor, analyze & report on paid campaign performance across performance marketing channels (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta).
• Monitor and manage budget pace with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
• Design, create, and report on A/B tests to drive improvements across critical metrics.
• Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast and develop new strategies that will inform future decisions.
• Partner with the data intelligence team to develop dashboards to measure campaign success and inform additional optimization opportunities.
• Develop and deliver management reporting materials, reports and presentations.
• Support performance marketing landing page conversion rate optimization in UnBounce by partnering with team and agency to idea tests, supporting test build out, and reporting on results.
• Work with marketing operations to monitor and improve lead flow and reporting processes.

What You Need

• 2+ years of experience developing campaign strategies from inception to execution in Paid Search (SEM via Google Ads & Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (LinkedIn, Meta).
• Deep experience using GA4 for analysis and reporting.
• Experience communicating effectively with creative and technical teams to develop cohesive strategies for campaign execution.
• Data-focused and analytically-minded with a passion for marketing.
• Extremely organized and takes ownership of responsibilities.
• Demonstrated quantitative abilities and can think creatively to decide testing methodologies and oversee optimization of campaigns to deliver results.

What Makes You a Standout

• Experience with Looker Studio report creation for reporting, budget monitoring, etc.
• Experience with review site pay-per-lead program management.
• Experience with various platforms in our marketing stack – Marketo, Metadata.io, Qualified, Salesforce, UnBounce.
• Design/creative background.
• Experience in conversion rate optimization.
• SaaS experience.

The US pay range for this position is $59,400 – 101,900.

The Canadian pay range for this position is $57,323 – 98,268.

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
