Swift Medical is currently seeking a Marketing Strategy & Operations Analyst to join our Marketing team!
If you consider yourself a data-savvy, market research and report generation expert and are looking to grow your career with a leading healthcare tech company while guiding their marketing strategy, then we have the role for you at Swift Medical.
In this role, you will enable the Revenue team’s strategic plans and tactics through research and data. You will build sales & marketing growth models based on market analysis and team performance. Your market research and report generation will guide each business segment’s approach to the growing pipeline.
To be successful in this role you’ll need to have a deep love for data and enjoy extensive collaboration across functions to address business challenges using data and sound quantitative analysis.
What You Will Do In More Detail:
Develop sales & marketing market analysis that enables the team to define plans and execute from data-driven decisions;
Develop forecasts, growth models, and regression analysis for sales & marketing channel performance;
Conduct market research to understand the landscape, including quantitative market analysis of all business segments. Your research will serve as a base for internal planning as well as content generation for sales & marketing teams;
Deliver U.S. healthcare industry analysis expertise to inform strategic plans;
Build actionable hypotheses based on the qualitative insights in sales, marketing, and customer success content, communications and conversations.
What You Bring to the Table:
3-5 years as a hands-on Marketing analyst, performing quantitative modelling and forecasting;
Experience in Web analytics tools is an asset;
Knowledge of Definitive healthcare is critical for this role;
Expertise with business intelligence and big data analytics platforms like Looker is a huge asset;
Strong knowledge of Python for data visualization;
Solid knowledge of statistical analysis principles;
Ability to articulate complex findings into concise, compelling statements;
Ability to use SQL to extract, manipulate and discover insights in large data sets;
Ability to effectively share the meaning of those insights to client stakeholders, tying the findings to business objectives.
