T3MP0 Looking for web3 Project Manager at Toronto, ON Full Time

T3MP0 partners with A-List creators & brands to fund & manage their NFT-based communities. Our vision is to be true partners with top-level creators & brands, and to completely reinvent the fan experience.

Our team is expanding and looking to hire an intermediate to senior level web3 Project Manager to work on the ideation, launch and management of NFT projects for T3MP0’s partners and clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall delivery of all NFT drops & NFT communities on behalf of T3MP0 and creator/brand partners.

• Act as the primary liaison between T3MP0 and our creator partners (musicians, athletes, celebrities, brands) and their respective teams (managers, agencies, record labels, PR firms, etc).

• Hire and manage teams of internal and external partners including artists, designers, project managers, technologists etc., but execute directly on tasks wherever needed.

• Lead all strategy, ideation & creative workshops and activities with creator partners, following the T3MP0 Agile Process.

• Develop & execute on pre- and post-launch URL and IRL marketing activities for all NFT projects.

• Ensure integration and alignment with key creator partner activities & interests, both IRL and URL.

• Manage project plans and budgets associated with each NFT project.

• Liaise with T3MP0 technical leads and partners to ensure on-time and on-scope delivery of individual platforms.

• Assist on sales and business development activities and proposals to recruit new creator & brand partners

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have:

• Experience managing large scale web projects for A-List talent or brands
• Knowledge of NFTs & crypto
• Excellent experience with project management software and tools
• Excellent experience leading client workshops and sessions

• Excellent experience managing project budgets & timelines
• Excellent multitasking skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good people and time management skills
• Ability to work well across a geographically-dispersed team and client base
• Great interpersonal, presentation & communication skills

Salary: $85,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
