What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide Tier 1 application and process support for users of international software
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients in a prompt and professional manner
- Take claims reports from clients and help make changes to their claims
- Participate in team meetings, standards, procedures, and special projects
- Work 40-hour weeks with shift coverage that includes weekends
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a call center environment or equivalent
- Basic computer knowledge to support users
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a polished and professional manner
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Fluency in French will be considered an asset
