Working under the direction of the TAS management team, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing receipts, orders, invoicing and handling all customer communications in a prompt, courteous and effective manner. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors and other clerical duties.
Monday – Friday 7am – 3:30pm and may require additional overtime upon request as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
Processes and inputs customer receipts, orders and invoices. Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer receipts, orders and invoices. Traces orders as required and notifies customers of activity regarding their product(s). Assures proper invoicing of accounts by ensuring correct customer and product setup, accurate processing and, if required, verifying invoices. Furnishes shipping and tracing information to customers as required. Handles returned product in an efficient manner and assures proper credit given to customers.
Maintains a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts, orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, pallets etc. Report’s customer feedback to management, including signs of dissatisfaction.
Skills and qualifications
Ability to operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties. Greets visitors as required. Effectively corresponds with customers as required.

Consistently produces quality work with a high degree of accuracy. Double checks own work. Accurately and promptly reports errors and mistakes. Takes ownership of work. Continuously develops and improves work processes.
Customer Responsiveness
Takes personal responsibility for customer service contact. Ensures customer inquiries, complaints and requests are addressed in a timely fashion. Demonstrates a sense of urgency for customers’ problems are resolved.

The ability to be Polite, Efficient, Respectful, Friendly, Enthusiastic, Cheerful and Tactful when dealing with internal and external customers.
