One of our telecommunication clients is looking for a Project Administrator (Onsite in Rimouski, QC)
Length: 1 year contract with possibility of extension
Location: Rimouski, QC
Pay Rate: $80,000 per year
DESCRIPTION:
Accountable for the planning & successful delivery of small projects with low risk, complexity, and business impact. Responsible for coordinating activities of the project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, developing schedules to ensure project is delivered on time, on budget and within defined scope, meeting, or exceeding customer expectations. Applies project management techniques and skills combined with experience in a large complex business environment. Accountable to the project stakeholders and/or other project managers regarding project status. All deliverables are created according to current defined methodology and tools.
PROJECT DETAILS:
Client facing role responsible for delivery of managed IP access and Managed Premise solutions to our customer. Responsible for managing small & medium projects following standard delivery processes and order management by coordinating with downstream teams.
MUST HAVES:
1. Experience in Client facing role at least 1-2 years
2. Telecom experience – 2 – 3 years. High level terminologies in Telecom
3. Good communicator and coordinator
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
1. Bilingual
2. Project management experience for 1 year
