Telecon is looking for an energetic and career minded professional to take on the role of Human Resources Advisor, Talent and Culture. This role plays a key function in the engagement and retention of our people and the development of our workforce. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and developing various programs aimed at promoting awareness towards Diversity & Inclusion, growing the skills and abilities of our different management teams and building a talent pipeline. The duties may require minimal traveling to our main offices so the incumbent may reside in Ottawa, Montreal or Toronto and will report to the Director, Talent, Culture and Inclusion.
The successful candidate must be fully bilingual (French/English) as this is a National portfolio spanning coast to coast in Canada.
