We are looking for a Marketing Manager seeking a new and rewarding career. Successful applicant will be responsible to support the President and Sales team to deliver effective marketing programs and campaigns that will support in the success and growth of The Bridg Group of Companies. This is a full-time position with great opportunity to grow within a fast-growing organization.
Position: Marketing Manager
Compensation: $60, 000 – $75, 000
Expected Start Date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day support to the sales team regarding all things Marketing
· Manage all cross-organizational marketing and communications materials
· Focus on growing brand awareness, customer engagement and social presence
· Refresh outdated content and create new ideas/designs (through Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Constant Contact Email Campaigns, Hootsuite Scheduling)
· Create event invitations, e-blasts and collect all data via Constant Contact
· Edit 5-to-10-minute videos on Final Cut Pro X
· Set up a video shoot set with Box Lighting, Led Lights, Rode Microphone and Camera, with green screen set up
· Respond to customer inquiries on social media within 24 hours
· Lead new content marketing efforts
· Track and manage Marketing budgets
· Create and manage all social media initiatives, websites, graphic design, and production across all platforms– and must be able to extract data from these data sources to analyze and report on performance and provide information that is actionable
· Responsible for the editorial content, development and delivery of newsletters and press releases
· Thoroughly proof-reads communications materials in order to ensure grammatical and content accuracy
· Participate in brainstorming sessions, reviews content, edits and assures that all appropriate approvals have taken place
· Liaise and Coordinate submissions to outsourcing companies for final product delivery
· Coordinate and plan all corporate events, sponsorships, and networking seminars
· Other tasks/projects assigned
Qualifications:
· University Degree or College Diploma focused on Sales or Marketing
· Minimum of 5+ years of Graphic Design Experience with Portfolio (*Mandatory)
· Advanced Level of Knowledge and Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
· Ability to Effectively Use Constant Contact and Hootsuite for Marketing Campaigns
· Ability to Navigate and Use Social Media Platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn)
· Familiarity with multimedia tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
· Excellent formatting skills in Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Understanding for AODA standards requirements.
· Typing 50WPM
· Ability to Consolidate a Large Volume of Data into Insightful Information
· Strong Communication and Organizational Skills including Experience Developing Executive Presentation
· Able to manage multiple shifting priorities & Excellence Time Management
· Must be a Quick Learner willing to take initiative, Detailed Orientated and Work Efficiently
· Committed to Producing Marketing Material of Utmost Superior Quality and Excellence
· Mandatory attendance in Company Corporate Events
· Participation in Charitable Events
Work Schedule:
· Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
