The Role:

• Identify learning objectives for all children.
• Knowledge of How does Learning Happen and emergent curriculum for toddlers developmental ages.
• Plan and implement play-based experiences surrounding children’s interests.
• Observe and document children’s learning.
• Build relationships with families and include them in the learning process.
• Work as part of a team with co-workers, families, community partners, and children.
• Ensure the safety of staff and children by learning and acknowledging children’s diverse needs, backgrounds, and creating equitable opportunities for all children to engage.
• Demonstrate respect for spaces by ensuring the safety and cleanliness of all equipment, furniture, and materials.
