The Opportunity
As the Manager, Digital Marketing you will be responsible for all aspects of demand generation and setting the marketing direction with strategic guidance from the Chief Commercial Officer and partnership with the Director, Sales. In this role, you will be leading the activities and processes of our digital ecosystem, designing and implementing digital marketing strategies, analyzing data traffic and user metrics, and ensuring the consistency of our brand’s digital tone and presence.
Responsibilities
Evaluating and developing our digital marketing strategy.
Designing, building, and maintaining social media presence.
Driving Lead Generation and Conversion Rate Optimization
Managing SEO, Paid Search and Google Analytics
Working with the Sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
Partner with Talent Acquisition in our Employer Branding efforts.
Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years experience in a Manager-level Digital Marketing role.
Experience working across teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
Communication, emotional intelligence, and professionalism are key traits of yours.
You are a team player, okay to dive right in, roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
