The Role
As the Customer Service Representative, you excel at providing exceptional service and solutions to our valued customers. In this forward-facing role, you will create a great first impression of our company and brand. You will also exemplify professionalism and patience and have a “people-first” attitude. This is a part-time position.
What you will be doing
- Assist and greet all customers (in person and on the phone)
- Book deliveries
- Process payment from customers
- Filing / records management
- Assist Manager with any administrative tasks as assigned
- Partner with sales consultants / team members to provide optimal customer solutions
To be successful in this role you must
- Have a great work ethic, be punctual, pay attention to the details, and genuinely enjoy helping people
- Be proactive and demonstrate initiative by providing input and recommendations to continually improve the delivery of our customer experience
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
- Be a quick study when it comes to computers software and systems (intermediate computer literacy is essential)
- Have outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Enjoy working within a diverse team
