Rate: Up to $100 per hour / Negotiable based on relevant experience

Term: 10 months (March 9, 2022 to December 31, 2022)

Hours per day: 8.00

Work hours: 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday – Mountain Time, excluding days identified as holidays)

Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team at Alberta Pensions Services Corporation (APS) in managing a series of projects within their PMO portfolio for 2022.

The successful contractor(s) have an anticipated start date of March 9, 2022 for a 10 month contract (March 9 – December 31, 2022)

SCOPE / DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

To manage a series of project within the PMO portfolio for 2022.

The following projects that will be undertaken or completed in 2022 that require Project Manager resource are:
1. e-guide Rebuild
2. Joint Governance
3. Client Facing Pension Plan Text changes
4. Telephony in the Cloud

The Senior Project Manager will provide project management services for this project, and dependent upon workload, could lead other projects as well. As these projects could be high visibility projects, APS expects that the PM will have experience dealing with external clients and Executive Teams.

• Experience within the industry domain of Financial Services, Pension Administration or Pension Services
• Project Management Certifications (i.e., PMP or equivalent)
• ITIL experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and MS Project Online
• Prior experience managing budgets of 500K to 1 million

DELIVERY

Successfully deliver a series of projects within the PMO portfolio. The projects will be assigned once the successful candidate has been identified. The successful candidate is expected to follow standard project management principles including use of APS methodology, framework and templates to successfully implement the projects.
