Description:
We are looking for an experienced Content Manager to expand our nascent content marketing operation. This person should be outcome orientated and process driven to step-change the growth pace of our podcast and youtube channels, while experimenting on other channels as needed.
The role requires belief in our mission, a passion for educational content and the vision to orchestrate a content team that delivers some of the best crypto content on the internet.
You Will:
Set up process to deliver the strategy for channel growth
Work with one or several hosts, manage the content planning & production process from start to finish for our regular content pieces:
1-2 x Podcast episodes weekly
1 x Pop Crypto Recap weekly
1 x weekly Twitter Spaces
Adhoc AMA’s on Telegram and other platforms
Plan several ‘Influencer of the month’ guest pieces sourced from the crypto community
Use internal and external resource, ensure we are utilizing and cutting up our original content to make the most use of publishing across multiple platforms (twitter, reddit, instagram, tiktok, YT shorts…)
Manage the library of content and create a reporting structure that helps identify winning content.
Monitor performance to achieve quarterly goals and course correct dynamically whenever needed
Work with our Product & Partnership teams to find ways of integrating UD news into relevant content pieces.
Ensure quality control output of content to ensure consistent standards and branding.
Requirements:
Must have:
Ability to manage a library of content and identify winning trends/themes
Experience managing content deliverables for YT and Podcasts.
Understand the production process from start through to finish and lead a range of stakeholders to deliver consistently and on time.
Ability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Management experience
Process and outcome focused.
Nice to have:
Prior experience in the crypto or blockchain space
