MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review and approve products’ formulations and test reports with respect to targeted markets

Create goals for the organization or institution and make or approve policies and programs

Approve and organize the creation of major departments and associated senior staff positions

Coordinate with manufacturers and agencies responsible for go to market execution in targeted regions.

Assign material, human, and financial resources to carry out organizational policies and programs

Represent the organization or institution, or assign representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions

Establish financial and administrative controls

Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff

Create and approve promotional campaigns

Approve overall personnel planning

Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments

QUALIFICATIONS:
9+ years related experience

University degree in Biochemistry or Pharmacology

Highly detail oriented, responsive, extremely organized, and reliable.

Strong presenter – Must be able to persuasively communicate new product ideas and concepts to both internal and external groups.

Experience in people management, training, and development.

Must be exceptionally creative and innovative and be able to articulate thoughts and ideas clearly.

Deep knowledgeable of the Product Development process.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Highly flexible and adaptable to handle ever-changing priorities.

Must be result-oriented, ensuring that all key milestones are met in a timely manner.

Sound have knowledge/expertise in Skincare, including knowledge of science/technical concepts of solutions for different skin types and issues.

Proven track record of successful new product innovations; proven ability to develop innovative products from concept to launch.

EDUCATION:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry
