Customer Service Supervisor

We’re currently looking for someone to join us to lead our growing Customer Service Team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing our order entry demands and service inquiries, with flexibility to work remotely. As the ideal candidate, you will have exceptional attention to detail, following deadlines, and be self-motivated to keep yourself focused on assigned tasks.
Village Juicery is a leading plant-based company servicing over 400+ customers in the GTA. All of the products we offer are certified organic, plant-based, and made fresh daily. Today, we proudly offer our customers a wide range of products including cold pressed juices, salads, snacks, bakery, soups, kombucha and several other distributed products.
Our customers today include leading grocers, independent coffee shops, health-oriented businesses, e-commerce players, and institutions.
Primary Responsibilities
– Enter and oversee daily customer orders
– Resolve issues and coordinate all order related activities
– Respond and resolve customer inquiries and/or complaints
– Release and coordinate orders daily for production
– Schedule the orders for delivery
– Support any team inquiries regarding the orders
– Verifying that pricing is correct and all products are available for sale
– Ensure through day-to-day use that the system is performing as expected
– Identify opportunities for sales growth and/or service improvements
Requirements and Desired Skills
– Ability to work Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm
– Ability to work occasional weekend shifts (may be required)
– Ability to work at our facility in Mississauga 2-3 days per week
– Charismatic and energetic personality with strong communication skills
– Strong computer and organization skills with high proficiency in data entry
Compensation
– Full-Time
– Compensation: $40,000 – $45,000 including variable compensation
