A virtual medical clinic is looking for an energetic, eager and ambitious Receptionist to add to our growing team who will provide operational and administrative support for a virtual care clinic platform.
**This is is a remote position**
*PREFERENCE to have Medical / Business Office Administration Experience / Education*
Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Scheduling patient appointments by using our Booking applications through telephone/SMS/email inquires & an Online App
- Answering incoming phone calls, listening to voicemails & returning calls
- Assigning appointments to appropriate team members
- Reviewing and filing faxes
- Virtually triaging patients appointments by appointment details
- Reviewing and rectifying patients concerns

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Completion of a Medical / Business Assistant program preferred
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records System (EMR) preferred
- Experience within a Clinic or Administrative setting preferred
