Job Description Summary

The Healthcare Advocate/RN Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating all RN resumes located from social media campaigns, direct referrals, and job fairs. Find RNs with interest in the opportunity of moving to the US and obtaining a green card. Quick screening of education qualifications and ensure the experience and quality of the candidate matches the VSHC and employer requirements. Present the VSHC program on a high level and presenting them to the Talent Relations team for interviews. Work closely with the Director of Recruitment to ensure focused recruitment efforts within Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Build a name recognition of our company and program.
• Locate interested RNs wanting the opportunity to come to the US.
• Source from all areas of social media, networking or direct referrals, job fairs and trade shows.
• Evaluate education to match client and immigration requirements.
• Focus on RN specialties dictated in client job orders.
• Confirm current work experience coincides with the specialty RNs are currently working in.
• Review and confirm RNs have clean and current licenses within the country they are working.
• Provide allowed program details to RNs for direct placement to clients throughout the US.
• Enter each RN via CRM HubSpot to provide RN engagement and issues.
• Expedite candidates through our CRM HubSpot to ensure internal interview process is timely.
• Provide daily and weekly updates of successes and challenges to the Director of Recruitment.

Requirements

• 2 plus years of prior experience in the related area of Healthcare/RN Recruitment.
• BA/BS Preferred
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees.
• Outstanding business knowledge and superior customer service skills
• Self-Starter with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Organized with attention to detail and strong time management skills.
• Abide by VSH policies and Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations.
