We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager, Parts Distribution Centre at our Parts Distribution Centre in Vancouver, BC
The Warehouse Manager, PDC will lead the entire warehouse team by coaching, guiding, and developing skills in line with corporate objectives. This role is responsible for all aspects and functions within the PDC, for communicating with dealership personnel and for achieving the PDC Annual Business Plan, financial and budget targets.
The incumbent will initiate operational improvements, benchmarks studies and conduct research to identify current and future methods to improve efficiencies or cost reductions while meeting or exceeding Customer expectations. Acts as a liaison with all necessary areas of VGCA, third party Vendors, and VWAG on related plans and activities.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Part Operations the Warehouse Manager, PDC will serve as a local Change Agent responsible for the successful implementation of all Parts strategies at the local level by continually reinforcing the Parts strategy change management business case and philosophy, and act as a local communication link with all employees.

The salary range for this position is $103K – $120K annually. Salary is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and experience.
