About the Position:

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a sales position responsible to promote aggressive growth for the organization. The (BDR) should be independent, eager to learn, attentive to detail, and self-driven with comfort in a face-paced environment. We are looking for immediate hire for our quickly growing organization.

Day to Day Workflow:

• Sales Prospect & Lead Generation as per KPIs

• Create 20 Videos/day with an average length of 3 minutes pitching value to prospects

• Conduct weekly web calls via Zoom and other platforms with prospects/clients

• Build Sales Sequences in Mailshake

• Follow Up Phone Calls / Emails within Prospecting Cadence

Sales KPIs

• Weekly outreach, 75-100 vidyard videos

• Warm call prospects, pitch services without support

• CRM development, gather connections into Hubspot, develop processes with organized structures to follow up

• Target of 8-10 meetings per week

• Bonus based off meetings landed

• Commissioned off videos generated

Basic Qualifications:

• Passion for helping startups grow

• Entrepreneurial/sales “builder” mentality

• 1-2years of sales or business development experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable delivering results amid ambiguity and change

• Excel & Google Sheet proficient

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hubspot / Saleforce or CRM experience

• Experience working with Vidyard

Pay:

• Full paid training with the expectation of moving to a fully commissioned pay model

• Landing meetings and signing clients will be the main pay metrics with bonuses awarded on KPIs
