YESA Looking for Financial Controller at Burlington, Ontario, Canada Full Time

At YESA, we manage a direct sales team of 100-125 Sales Representatives. YESA is currently searching for an Assistant Controller to support our Finance Department.

We specialize in helping young, aspiring entrepreneurs gain real world business and sales experience. Our focus is helping young entrepreneurs rise to the next level, not just professionally, but also personally and financially — all while being part of a no-negativity team all focused on one thing: levelling up.

Duties:

· Ensure all reporting requirements are met.

· Handle accounts payable and receivable duties.

· Expense management and reconciliation.

· Compile, review and validate financial data, statistics, and accounts for operational decision, planning and forecasting purposes.

· Work with Operations to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control current processes.

· Perform other finance administrative duties as required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Relevant experience in a finance administrative role.

· Superior organizational, analytical, problem-solving abilities

· Advanced Proficiency with Quickbooks Online

· Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

· Self-directed and independent, as well as proven experience in working effectively as an interdisciplinary team member.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritize, take initiative.

· Must be qualified to legally work in Canada.

Base Salary: Starting at $100,000 plus performance bonus.
