Reporting to the Senior Vice President – Asset Management, the Director – Asset Management will ensure that communication between investors, owners, and operators is robust and effective. The cultivation of strong capital and operating partnerships is a core focus of Brighton Asset Management/Revera Inc, ensuring that each party effectively balances fiduciary and reputational responsibilities of all stakeholders. This role will ensure optimization of the operator and portfolio with a focus on coordinated information flows to and from operating managers on existing assets and operator driven developments. The effective and proactive performance management of investments will result in the safeguarding and promotion of the companies reputation in the capital markets as an industry leading operator, asset manager, and capital partner.
