Position Overview
Kettlemans is seeking a self-motivated and talented Marketing Project Coordinator to lead our marketing initiatives. In this position, you will facilitate production of high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition along with creating informative content, press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share our company’s brand, products, and services. You will be taking on interesting thoughts and projects and finishing them. Key – A Doer, with vigor and efficiency.
History
Kettlemans Bagel was founded in 1993 by a young entrepreneur from Montreal, that realized Montreal bagels were not just loved by Montrealer’s, but by everyone! The traditional technique of hand-rolling each bagel, followed by kettling the bagels, and baking them in a wood burning oven, is what makes Kettlemans Bagels unique in the marketplace. The result: a fresh, hot delicious bagel that keeps customers coming back for more!

Roles and Responsibilities
· Implement marketing plans that include print, broadcast, and online content.
· Create branded advertising campaigns, by coordinating with other departments and collating content.
· Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products.
· Focus on growing audiences for our products and lead the execution of the marketing plan.
· Proactively work on the presented marketing strategies/ideas and concepts and finish them.
· Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.
· Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
· Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
· Directs and implements the organizations’ advertising and promotional activities.
· Setting and tracking priorities for marketing jobs in progress, including assigning deadlines for diverse project elements to internal production staff and external contractors.
· Manages multiple projects and deadlines, coordinating the work of others to meet delivery, quality and cost objectives. Regularly reviews projects, exploring new and innovative idea to promote the brand and the products within.
· Maintains records of previous projects, including art and photography assets, for efficient reuse and retrieval in future marketing projects.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Work occasionally requires extended hours and moderate lifting of paper and materials. Work requires extensive use of personal computer, keyboard, and mouse.
