Our client in Toronto is actively looking for a Finance Assistant, Accounts Payable to join their team.

Title: Finance Assistant, Accounts Payable

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)

Salary: $21-24/Hour

Job Description

• In this role the Finance Assistant will be accountable for accountable for processing of invoices according to standard operating procedures,
• Ensure all invoices are processed within standard turnaround times,
• Respond to queries from program, scan/save/retrieve invoices along with its support,
• Provide backup for other AP team members,
• Ensuring payments are supported and approved according to established payment policies & procedures,
• Process/support weekly payment run process and assist with internal and external audit preparations.
