1-800 Radiator & AC Looking for CSR – Customer Service Representative at Ottawa, ON Full Time

1-800 Radiator & A/C (a Driven Brands company) is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, professional, results-oriented, and a team player.

Ideal Candidate:

Ø Knowledge/experience in Automotive is an asset

Ø Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ø Strong computer skills with proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel

Ø Friendly and enthusiastic personality

Ø Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ø Good data entry skills

Ø Able to work independently and results-oriented

Ø Bilingual (French) is an asset, but not required

Primary Responsibilities:

Ø Answering inbound calls from customers requesting price, availability, and delivery information

Ø Conducting a minimum of 10 outbound calls daily to follow up on sales quotes, communicate new product launches, etc.

Ø Execute upselling strategies to increase average transaction price

Ø Maximizing inbound sales opportunities via maintaining a strong conversion ratio

Ø Communicating important customer relationship issues with the Sales Manager via customer escalations

Ø Assist the warehouse managers and delivery drivers if needed

Ø Process payments for credit card transactions

Ø Receiving inventory, picking orders and shipping parts if needed

Ø Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention

Experience and Skills:

Ø Undergraduate degree in Sales/Marketing or other related disciplines is an asset

Ø 1+ years in automotive parts or truck sales

Ø Customer-service oriented

Ø Fluent in English speaking bilingualism is an asset
