Accounting & Administration Process for Addison Leasing of Canada Ltd.. Facilitate work, paper & audit flow of new deals of all clients inclusive of reconciliation General Ledger accounts. Responsible for posting all batches affiliated with new deals and use of Internal Biller. Remarketing coordinator for transitioning off roading of active leases. Support CSRs with internal processing, flow and communications.

· Provides creative solutions to difficult problems, asks for clarification, gives an honest analysis and anticipates challenges
· Continue to build and strengthen client relationships, with particular emphasis on mapping out the key decision makers and devising plans how we will gain access to them
· Work with AM’s/CSRs to prioritize and complete client driven initiatives/requests and accomplish objectives by established deadlines
· Cross-train with Client Success Manager/Representatives and provide back up as necessary
· Knowledge for preliminary deal audit and accounting for final processing
· Pivot point for all client Remarketing inclusive of lease Buyouts, 3rd Party Sales & Auction communications.
· Remarketing physical file flow inclusive of registration management.
· Create, populate, shelve & remove physical unit files in appropriate section in file room and follow up with respective parties for all outstanding items
· Consumer Lease Program, CLP, Administrator.
· Secure vehicle insurance, generate lease documentation, process deals internally
· Follow up with respective Dealer/Finance/Client parties for all outstanding items
· Licensing expert backup role
o Provincial regulations knowledge
o Complete required paperwork regarding all ministry transactions
Other responsibilities as required
Accounting background preferred. (Great Plains experience is an asset)
Fleet Management Experience Preferred
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Licensing experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and focus on details
Initiative to work independently and multi-task while managing varying client/departmental priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone communication and active listening with experience in building customer relationships
Action-oriented with the drive to take initiative and accountability for decision-making
Business acumen and ability to interface in person and remotely with customers
Interest in a position centered in an office environment
