Responsibilities include:
- Discussing treatments with patients and going over the financials with them
- Answering the phone calls and replying to emails
- Booking schedule
- Submitting insurance claims
- Auditing patients charts
- Billing patients
- Data entry with accurate and timely record keeping
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of experience in dental admin field
- Having a solid knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Being thorough and attentive to patients’ needs
- Being a team player with a collaborative approach in a large and fast paced office setting
