As we continue to grow our business and scale for greater impact in the Canadian market, we are inviting experienced Technical Sales and/or Product Management Leaders who have supported world class equipment manufacturing companies increase their brand awareness and market share.

In this newly created role within our Canadian Group, the Manager will oversee the deployment and execution of the technology application strategy within the market that aligns with corporate guidelines. Working closely with the Commercial and Service Teams, along with select distributors, the Manager will ensure customer technology solutions are delivered to meet business requirements. To improve our Customer Experience, from pre-sales to delivery, the Manager will be pivotal in showcasing use cases for deployment of Biesse technology, machines, and components.

As the Country Technology Lead, the Manager will set the learning and development agenda for Commercial Teams to reach independence on standard technology proposals and relevant applications.

Qualifications:

Candidates with at least 7+ years of experience in similar roles overseeing Engineering or Product Management professionals in equipment manufacturing or industrial automation companies are most likely to succeed in this role. Academic requirements for this technical leadership role include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
