To work closely with various multi-disciplinary teams to determine the optimal strategies for the supply chain and participate in BRP growth strategy.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team of Special Projects in logistics based in Canada (Sherbrooke).
Identify and analyze the budget requirements of the project (new product or new factories), prepare the documentation necessary to obtain it and ensure its follow-up.
Participate in the development of Layouts of the logistics part of new factories
Perform analyzes aimed at optimizing costs related to the transportation of parts, packaging, inventory management, logistics labor and our warehousing capacity.
Ensure a technological and strategic watch by staying connected on the best practices in the industry.
Build and maintain a network of external partners to introduce new concepts to BRP.
In collaboration with team members, develop new logistics tools for Business Cases
Promote a spirit of continuous improvement to support our ‘Lean Enterprise’ mission.
All others activities related to role of team lead: Budget forecast, budget follow-up, HR, vision for team growth, …
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management/logistics or other relevant fields.
Five (5) to ten (10) years of project management experience.
Three (3) to five (5) years in leader position (team lead)
Minimum of (5) years of relevant and significant experience (internal logistics, supply chain management).
Bilingual both orally and in writing (English and French) – advanced level (Spanish an asset).
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent command of PowerPoint, Excel and project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project)
Ability to communicate and synthesize complex information to various audiences, build presentations.
Sense of initiative and overcoming, autonomy, structure and rigour.
Innovative and curious spirit, marked attention to detail.
Proven leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent ability to work in a team in a multidisciplinary and multicultural mode
Knowledge of SAP (WM, MM, PP) – an asset
Available to travel 3 to 5 times per year
