We are looking for part-time staff to work afternoon and evening shifts approximating 25-35 hours a week. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers and handling inquiries by phone, email, and in-person
- Payment processing and operation of our reservation system
- Presenting orientation and game introductions to customers
- Fully understanding our games to be able to provide useful tips/information to customers
- Resetting the rooms after games
- Maintain the cleanliness of the premises
Core Attributes
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
- Strong communication
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive under pressure
- Proficiency in spreadsheet management
- Experience with image editing platforms
- Knowledge of hand tools
- A desire to learn and think creatively
