Global Controls Group Inc is a small electrical controls company in Barrie Ontario dealing in PLC & robot programming, machine & control panel wiring, equipment integration, and other aspects of the automation industry. We are currently seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of office administrator. The successful candidate will perform a range of tasks on a daily basis and possess the skillset necessary to perform these tasks both efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
· Answering & directing phone calls
· Maintaining & organizing files
· Running business related errands
· Generating invoices
· Processing receivables/payables
· Processing other internal documents
· Other general administrative tasks
Skills Required:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Strong computer skills
· Microsoft Office experience is a must
· Ability to prioritize and time manage
· Ability to multitask
Driver’s License and own vehicle preferred
Previous experience considered a strong asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
