We are looking for a reliable full-time Logistics Coordinator position to assist the operations team and to be a part of the Customer Experience team! This position is first point of contact for our customers and the quarterbacks of the company! Responsibilities focus on ensuring all customer requests are responded to, including creating the order; scheduling pick ups and deliveries; monitoring shipments in transit, setting up delivery appointments, and advising customers of delays. Most importantly, facilitates all communications between our clients, our internal departments and our partner carriers, to ensure superior service is provided in a professional, fast, easy and accurate manner. You will thrive in this position if you enjoy problem solving in a fast paced environment and building relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years related transportation industry experience is a MUST.
