We are presently searching for our next great team member as a Guest Services Support to join our AGS/Accommodations team. If you can provide our guests with an amazing experience, combined with working as an energetic part of our resort, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities include: (but not limited to)
- Work independently to provide back of house Guest Services Support for Alpine & Accommodations.
- Administer online reservations.
- Answer guests inquiries by both phone and email.
- Follow outlined policies to find solutions to guests issues.
- Offer technical support for online purchases.
- Assist with sales system issues and reports.
- Assist with Alpine Guest Services Agents at the ski hill when required.
- Assist with Front Desk Agent duties when required.
- Assist in the marketing, promotion and sales of Manning Park Resort products (ski school, group bookings, season tickets & Nordic bookings).
- Other tasks as required.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, with a positive and friendly personality.
- Basic understanding of sales systems, ecommerce platforms and sales reports.
- Will be required to work Weekends & Holidays.
- Ability to work independently and problem solve.
- Knowledge of the ski industry (previous experience an asset).
- Knowledge of Accommodations and Activity Booking platforms is an asset.
- Responsible and self-motivated individual able to assess and prioritize necessary duties.
- Able to work in a high-paced environment as both an individual and team player.
- Knowledge of the park and surrounding area (or intent to learn).
This is a Seasonal Position so you must be able to commit to the role for the full Winter Season (November-April). As a seasonal team member you may be presented with opportunities to cross train and support in other departments to meet seasonal demands.
