The opportunity
Reporting to the Chair and Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) develops strategy and drives execution by working collaboratively with related organizations to prepare our operations for a sustainable future, to build our capacity to serve the community, ultimately becoming the innovative organization integrating recreation, sport, fitness, and community wellness.
With both a strategic and operational focus, the CEO, through an innovative and diverse team, will understand, direct, advance, and communicate the value of the RA. Using exceptional communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, you efficiently execute while leading and engaging a team of dedicated employees, a diverse group of volunteers/members, external partners, and a variety of stakeholders. You exhibit strong resiliency while navigating through the unknown, charting and executing a path forward. You are an expert at facilitating conversations and collaborating with people from various backgrounds to find creative and innovative solutions.
