Robins Equity Group Ltd. is looking for a highly skilled Sales & Marketing manager to assist in the advertising, selling, and managing of our company’s Real Estate properties while creating a competitive advantage for our company in the industry. Your responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature. The sales and marketing manager will represent the Robins Equity Group Ltd. brand and drive strategies to increase awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends. The ideal candidate must have previous Real Estate experience and be creative, knowledgeable, and exceptionally well-versed in latest marketing strategies. You will be working closely with the CEO to establish strategies which align with the company’s vision.
Essential Job Functions:
- Selling land lots and properties
- Researching demographics, landscape
- Research and evaluation of land acquisition
- Identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels
- Property management of long-term & short-term rentals
- Coordinate the execution of marketing programs from start to finish
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create, evaluate, and optimize marketing strategies.
- Increase brand awareness and market share
- Analyze internal and external metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights to drive decision making
Requirements:
- Business or Marketing Bachelors degree
- 5+ Years of experience in the industry
- Experience in analytics, ability to identify trends and draw evidence-based conclusions
- Project Management experience
- MS Office suite including in depth experience with Power BI
- Experience in Real Estate marketing
- Past roles marketing, forecasting, access and pricing, marketing, competitive intelligence is essential.

- English Language proficiency, French is a bonus

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
