About the Role:
The name of the game is Recruiting!
In this role, you’ll be working alongside some truly amazing people just like yourself in identifying and engaging the best and brightest talent in the marketplace. Whether you have great experience in Recruitment and bring an existing talent network, or keenly interested in the sales and the client side of our world; you’ll be provided with the tools, support, and development to take your game to the next level.
Based on your background and/or affinity, you’ll contribute to developing one of our core recruitment practices – IT, Digital/eCommerce, Banking/Financial Services or Sales – in either permanent search, or contract staffing. You will have an open territory and the ability to go after all markets while abiding by the Company’s clearly defined (Client & Candidate) Ownership Policies which are designed to create a competitive; yet collaborative, fair and positive work environment. No drama here!
With realistic and achievable expectations based on the reality of today’s market, your performance will be measured by results and quality of work as opposed to quantity.
Lastly, your role is not only to contribute to your own (and the company’s) bottom line, but we want you to be an active ambassador and key contributor to our culture.
About you:
You’ve been in the recruiting industry for at least 2 years and you love what you do (financially and professionally). You’re currently working in an environment which maybe is too political, too bureaucratic or hyper-competitive (everyone chasing the same tiny piece of cheese) and you know you can do much better in this business; if only in the right environment. You’re a great natural recruiter. You are self-motivated and thrive when you’re engaged, enabled and empowered. You’re passionate about connecting the best talent in the marketplace with North America’s top employers.
You also take tremendous pride in the quality of your work and the interactions you have with each and every client and candidate, each and every time.
