About the Job
As a marketing specialist, you will play a critical role in maximizing brand sales and market position for Seaford Pharmaceuticals Inc.’s established portfolio division. This includes being accountable for delivering our annual affiliate brand plans and supporting all commercial activities for the brands. You will work closely with the cross-functional team to lead the development and implementation of our brand strategy and tactics. You will also work and communicate with the different departments within Seaford and with key external customers to align the brand projects’ strategic and tactical direction with the overall brand strategy. Our objective: make sure that patients and healthcare professionals have the best experience with the products and positive management of the disease-related to Seaford therapeutic areas.
Role Responsibilities
Accountable for delivering our annual affiliate brand plans.
Supporting and developing strategy for all commercial activities for the brands.
Work closely with the cross-functional team to lead the development and implementation of our brand strategy and tactics.
Work and communicate with the different departments within Seaford and with key external customers to align the brand projects’ strategic and tactical direction with the overall brand strategy.
Responsible for managing marketing projects and ensuring successful completion.
Assisting the marketing manager with the new product launches (pre-launch and launch activities) and handling related projects.
Leading a multi-channel strategy.
Partnering in the development of the customer plan and business plan.
Developing and implementing marketing tactics consistent with the overall brand strategy.
Managing expense budgets related to your specific projects.
Help ensure that patients and healthcare professionals have the best experience with the products and positive management of the disease-related to Seaford therapeutic areas.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
University Degree (B.Sc. preferred)
2+ years Marketing experience (pharmaceutical marketing experience preferred)
Multi-channel marketing, including digital marketing experience an asset
Project Management – Ability to manage detailed, complex projects
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer skills (excel, word and PowerPoint)
